Terwin u800P Series
The Terwin µ800P isolating melt pressure transducer signal conditioner has been designed to convert raw
transducer mV outputs into a calibrated and conditioned isolated signal, i.e. 0-10V or 4-20mA etc. This signal
can then be fed direct into any PLC or other remote monitoring device.
Designed to be used in conjunction with any standard melt pressure transducer with an output between
1.5mV/V to 4mV/V. This range covers most manufacturers melt pressure transducer output specifications.
Uniquely, the model µ800P incorporates one button “AUTO” zero and 80% negative shunt calibration.
A transducer zero offset of -3mV to +6mV can be accommodated by the “Auto Zero” circuit.
The µ800P output signal is selectable using internal D.I.L. switches and the front programming keypad.
Available outputs are: 0-1V, 1-5V, 0-5V, 0-10V, 0-20mA, 4-20mA, 0-1mA and 0-10mA.
The µ800P is available with either 24V DC or switch mode 85-265V 50/60HZ supply and employs 2 way
isolation for added stability.
